Why do my adjustments disappear when I download the image?

The most common causes are an unsaved change, a stuck save state, or a cached download served by your browser.

Things to try

  • Toggle reset. Toggle the adjustments off, save, then back on, save again, and re-download. This often resets a stuck save state.
  • Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) and re-download — sometimes the browser serves a cached version of the file.
  • Confirm Save was clicked. The editor won't apply changes to the download without an explicit save — make sure you're using the Save button after each adjustment.
